We have been in business for more than 20 years and are extremely proud to have evolved to the point where we now have 80 rooms available - while at the same time retaining our reputation for close personal service.

 

We do have 10 much sought after Beachfront Rooms, 70 with air-conditioning and hot water. Naturally, these vary in price depending upon the season.

Although we have upwards of 100 meters of beachfront, we have deliberately kept most of it open with wide expanses of lawn and garden for everyone's enjoyment.  As a result, many of our bungalows which are not on the beach have clear views of the water.

Lamai Inn 99 operates at a 95% occupancy rate during high and peak seasons and many of our guests are repeat customers who stay an average of two weeks.  We do take reservations through sawadee.com but on rare occasions demand simply out-weighs supply given the number of walk-in requests, over-stays, or late arrivals.  In those rare instances, we will accommodate you upon arrival and can usually give you specifically what you want within a couple of days.
